Rain Taxi launched the Twin Cities Book Festival in 2001 to celebrate readers, writers, publishers, and booksellers while emphasizing the social value of literature. Held annually at Union Depot in Saint Paul, the festival features dozens of presenting authors, engaging talks, and special programs for children. Free and open to the public!
