 Rosalia Pizza (Northeast)Rosalia, the wood-fired pizzeria by chef Daniel del Prado, celebrated the grand opening of its second Minneapolis location on April 27th in Northeast Minneapolis. 📅 April 27th |  Golden ThymeGolden Thyme reopened in St. Paul with two new spots on Selby Avenue: a café at 856 and a restaurant at 934. The relaunch, backed by the Rondo Community Land Trust, blends coffee, dining, and community revitalization in the historic neighborhood. 📅 April 30th |
