Minneapolis Aquatennial, Summer Market Series, and More!

Your guide to supporting local, taking time offline, and getting out into our REAL community.

Celebrate Your City

MINNEAPOLIS AQUATENNIAL

The Minneapolis Aquatennial is the city’s signature summer festival, transforming downtown into a four-day celebration of water, culture, and community. Taking place along the Mississippi River and throughout the city, the Aquatennial features everything from thrilling water ski shows to lively parades and family-friendly activities.

Enjoy live music, food trucks, and one of the nation’s top five fireworks displays—the Target Fireworks—lighting up the skyline on the final night. Whether you’re watching the parade, relaxing by the river, or dancing downtown, the Aquatennial offers something for everyone in the heart of the City of Lakes.
